The Operations team consists of full-time staff members and a small student team. Their responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, which involves developing financial strategies, forecasting, and reporting for all Enterprise Technology resources. The team also conducts Service Center rate reviews, manages billing, and maintains service costings across the portfolio. In addition, the group oversees organizational communications, including internal and digital communications, as well as IT project-related messaging. Contract management is another key focus, with the team managing enterprise-wide and select UT System-wide IT contracts and coordinating with other units to ensure timely execution. Lastly, the group provides human resources support by assisting supervisors with HR-related requests and acting as the primary point of contact for organizational HR inquiries.
