This workstream aims to vastly improve and modernize the technological capabilities of our institution. Specifically, we aspire to enhance our students' digital journey and simplify academic systems. It will establish a robust technological infrastructure foundation to improve speed to science, support technological advances, and address hardware lifecycle. With the support and partnership of key campus offices, enterprise platforms, including financial and academic systems, will be modernized over the next several years. Customer experience will improve with ServiceNow, AI, and training programs. Finally, we will continue to increase our investment in educational technology to make sure our teaching and learning with a technology environment is first class.
