The Campus Solutions team supports the University’s mission by maintaining critical enterprise infrastructure and software services. The team provides robust, scalable infrastructure for application hosting and delivery, ensuring reliable performance and seamless management.  

We manage essential communication and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace (UTmail), UT Lists, and the University Wiki Service. Data infrastructure services include hosting and support for Oracle, MySQL, and MSSQL databases, shared storage solutions, and assistance with data integrations, applications, and automation. Identity and Access Management delivers centralized authentication, authorization, and identity systems. 

The team also oversees critical shared infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, managing compute, storage, and load balancing systems. They support the university’s administrative data infrastructure, including mainframe systems and developer tools, and develop and maintain web content management solutions such as the UT Drupal Kit, Pantheon Web Hosting, and University Blog Service. This comprehensive approach ensures reliable, scalable IT services that advance education, research, and public service.
