The Senate of College Councils recognizes Cole Camplese, Vice President for Technology and Chief Information Officer at The University of Texas at Austin, as the FY25-26 Administrator of the Year for his outstanding contributions to student-centered technology initiatives across campus.
Under Camplese's leadership, Enterprise Technology has made meaningful strides in expanding access to affordable and effective digital services that support academic success. Notable efforts include campus-wide rollout of Canva for Campus, giving students, staff, and faculty access to professional-grade design tools, as well as ongoing work to make printing credits and Digital IDs a reality for students.
In recognition of these efforts, the Senate of College Councils expresses its sincere appreciation to Cole Camplese for amplifying student voices in discussions on technological advancements. His work continues to strengthen the technological landscape at UT Austin and ensures that student needs remain at the center of campus technology decisions.
