Empowering Access for All Across the University’s Digital Landscape

The Digital Accessibility Center (DAC) promotes accessibility of digital resources for all, ensuring that every individual can fully engage and thrive in the campus digital environment.

Our Approach

The Digital Accessibility Center (DAC) is dedicated to ensuring that all members of our community can access digital resources without barriers. We collaborate with faculty, staff, and developers to enhance course content, so every user can independently and fully engage with required materials.

Our center actively monitors and supports institutional compliance with federal accessibility laws. We provide essential guidance to web and application developers, helping them make their platforms meet accessibility standards.

Through education on best practices and dedicated support services, we empower faculty and staff to create and deliver inclusive digital content across campus.

We also prioritize sustainability and capacity building by offering workshops and resources focused on accessibility. By building strategic partnerships with campus leadership, student-facing services, and those responsible for the academic mission, we foster a culture of access.

With our engaged staff and teams of graduate and undergraduate students, the DAC cultivates future leaders in accessibility. Together, we serve as the catalyst for a campus-wide commitment to digital access for all.
