ET Brings Rovo AI Intelligent Search and Content Creation to Confluence
Campus Solutions
Enterprise Technology enabled Rovo AI within Confluence, introducing an embedded AI assistant that supports content search, summarization, drafting, and refinement directly in University Wiki Service spaces. The April release respects existing permissions and access controls, ensuring users only see content they are authorized to view.
Rovo AI improves productivity by allowing users to ask natural language questions, generate page summaries, and draft structured content without leaving Confluence. Early testing activities demonstrate faster access to relevant information and reduced manual effort for documentation tasks across multiple wiki spaces.
Rovo is Atlassian’s AI assistant built into Confluence and other Atlassian tools. It uses Large Language Models to help users discover, create, and understand content, and includes features such as Rovo Chat, Rovo Search, summaries, definitions, and task focused agents.
