AI Studio Launches NebulaONE Platform with Structured Onboarding and Governance Foundations

Enterprise Learning Technology

The AI Studio successfully deployed the NebulaONE generative AI platform and initiated a three-phase onboarding strategy to support scalable adoption, governance, and user engagement. The launch of NebulaONE established a roadmap, governance charter, and official agent development framework. A structured onboarding plan is underway, including targeted engagement with developers, researchers, and faculty, supported by feedback via Microsoft Forms and a dedicated Teams channel. A centralized SharePoint hub is being developed to consolidate tools, documentation, and training resources, ensuring long-term sustainability and accessibility. The AI Studio initiative was created to accelerate enterprise AI capabilities through a secure, scalable platform. With the addition of key leadership roles and a focus on governance, the team has aligned its efforts with institutional goals for innovation, compliance, and user empowerment. The phased onboarding approach ensures that feedback and testing are integrated early, supporting a smooth rollout and continuous improvement.

WebMethods Integration Server Open to Campus

Campus Solutions

After several months of implementation and limited use by beta testers, the Integration Server is now available to campus users. The Mainframe and Administrative Systems team is working to onboard developers from around campus to begin creating new mainframe-based API endpoints. This is the first major addition to the mainframe ecosystem in several years. It allows developers to leverage not only mainframe data, but also the often-extensive business logic necessary to make it useful to users. It should also provide a viable alternative to the XML Gateway, a homegrown solution that is currently in the process of being sunsetted. The implementation of the Integration Server is part of the larger Mainframe Modernization Program, an effort that recognizes that maintaining and enhancing our mainframe ecosystem will allow it to continue to thrive for as long as it is critical to our IT infrastructure.
