Enterprise Technology Partners with Longhorn Developers to Empower Student Innovation

Published:
June 26, 2025

In a groundbreaking move, Enterprise Technology has formalized a partnership with Longhorn Developers, a student-led organization launched in 2024 at UT Austin. Dedicated to designing and developing technology solutions that address real student challenges, Longhorn Developers is the first student group to gain direct access to core university technology infrastructure.

This partnership, championed by our Vice President and CIO Cole W. Camplese and advisor Cody Antunez, marks a new chapter in student-institution collaboration. With their guidance, Longhorn Developers will now be equipped with the tools, resources, and support needed to bring their ideas to life—starting with their most renowned project to date, UT Registration Plus, completed in 2024.

What this partnership brings:

  1. Dedicated physical space for collaboration
  2. Financial support to scale student-led initiatives
  3. Access to enterprise-grade infrastructure and licenses
  4. A seat at the table on UT’s major technology and AI initiatives
  5. Commitment to open-source, student-owned projects

This collaboration reflects our commitment to fostering innovation and empowering the next generation of Longhorn technologists. We’re proud to welcome Longhorn Developers to the ET team—and can’t wait to see what they build next.
