Summary
Rethink how you share content in your Canvas course. In this session, you’ll learn when to use Canvas pages instead of PDFs and how to design clear, accessible Canvas pages using simple strategies like headings, chunking, color contrast, and clean visual layout.
We’ll explore how small design choices impact student comprehension and show how to move content from files into more flexible, readable Canvas pages. You’ll leave with practical techniques you can apply right away—no design background required.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Design Canvas pages that are clear, scannable, and accessible
- Apply best practices for headings, layout, and chunking content
