Join us for AI in a Day—presented by Enterprise Technology, Phygital Labs, and Microsoft.
This event is open to University faculty and staff who want to explore how artificial intelligence can streamline processes, solve challenges, and boost productivity. Whether you’re a researcher, educator, IT professional, or administrative staff member, AI in a Day offers practical insights and real-world applications to help you harness the power of AI. Connect with peers who share your passion for innovation and discover new ways to make an impact.

Objectives

Topics will include responsible AI and ethics, with a featured presentation by Kenneth R. Fleischmann from Good Systems, practical uses of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a panel of UT creators sharing real-world agent use cases. The event will emphasize collaboration, innovation, and strategic planning for AI integration at UT. 

  • Identify practical applications of AI in academic and administrative workflows
  • Learn about ethical considerations and responsible AI frameworks relevant to higher education
  • Networking and collaboration with colleagues across campus
