Executive Director, Operations
Amanda Fratticcioli serves as the Executive Director of Operations for Enterprise Technology at The University of Texas at Austin. She oversees the daily operations of the Office of the Vice President for Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, she acts as a strategic thought partner to the VP CIO and senior leadership, managing critical functions such as finance, communications, governance, and administration.
Amanda brings over 13 years of experience in operations and leadership, having held leadership roles at Northeastern University, North Shore Children's Therapies, and Lululemon. At Northeastern University, she led strategic initiatives, managed IT operations, and contributed to large-scale acquisitions, mergers, and global expansion efforts. Amanda excels at creating efficient workflows, managing organizational change, and fostering cross-team collaboration. Her expertise in IT strategy, governance, and operations ensures seamless alignment with institutional goals, making her an integral leader within Enterprise Technology at UT Austin.
Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in criminology and organizational communications from West Virginia University. She has furthered her professional development through studies in Strategy Execution, Design Thinking, and Project Management.
