Interm Executive Director, Data to Insights (D2I)
Jefferson Stewart serves as the Interim Executive Director for Data to Insights. He has more than 25 years of experience managing administrative IT systems at the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on systemic solutions to common business problems, particularly in the areas of process orchestration and strategic insights. He supported core application middleware systems for 10 years in central IT before moving to academic administrative systems and strategic decision support in the Office of the Provost. He joined the Data to Insights Initiative upon its launch in 2022 and has led D2I's Agile adoption and program management efforts since their inception. A native Austinite, Jefferson earned his bachelor's degree from UT Austin's Plan II Honors Program with a concentration in Philosophy and English.
